Cancellation Policy
At YYC spray tans, we value your time and ask that you please respect ours in return. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
- A deposit is required to secure your mobile spray tan appointment.
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment time, or no-shows, will be charged the full service amount.
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be flexible, but last-minute cancellations impact our schedule and other clients. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business
